My passion for event planning stems from my love of details and my desire to take care of people. After graduating from Mercer University, I spent three years in the Office of Admissions, planning and directing events for thousands of prospective students. From creating a schedule, securing volunteers, and hiring all the necessary partners, to managing the day of a flawless event for hundreds of visitors, I enjoyed all of the details that made the day run seamlessly. In my time at Mercer, I planned dozens of events for thousands of families, and fell in love with planning.
My experience translated easily to weddings when I began working with brides on their special day. I love helping put the details together and taking all of the worry from their shoulders - anticipating and solving problems before they even arise. Marriage is a beautiful gift, and a wedding is an opportunity to celebrate that gift with the people we care about most. My great joy in this role is to take care of all of the many details so brides, grooms, mothers, and families can enjoy one another and not worry about a thing.
Originally from Atlanta, I fell in love with Macon when I moved here in 2010. I have a degree in Christianity (yes, that's a real thing) with a minor in Business from Mercer University. I am obsessed with my rescue pup and happily married to my college sweetheart, Tanner.
